so happy. i now have a new set of students to fuss over. this class comprises camera whores, so basically they are ever ready to take photos. which suits my purpose just fine. haha

CTG 125 is united beyond belief. so fun to be around with them. their positive energy is infectious.

i always dig the process of getting to know people

1 month into YJ and i have already taken 3 mood portraits of my students! fairly well-taken too, if i must say so myself.

my students sniggered at me when i took this photo lar. irritating! but it's quite a nice artistic shot what. profound too, if you link the cigarettes and the "Speak Cryptic" to the suppressed frustrations smokers are having over the recently implemented ban. don't play-play, okay. mr heng has substance. haha

Kinda gave my first lecture today

well, i didn't think i fumbled too badly but i felt bloody stupid and self-conscious lar. despite what people may think of me, i am rather introverted. it just isn't in me to stride in front of a lecture theatre and articulate ideas in an inspiring and engaging manner

seeing how Mrs Teo injected humour and personality into her parting words makes me feel embarrassed about the 1-hour torture i put YJCians through. sigh

well, i'm determined to better myself on monday. that is, if my resolve stays during the weekend. hahaha.
