which led me to change my lesson on wednesday as i brought CTG 218 to the grandstand and have some of them recite If by Rudyard Kipling





well, i hope the reading of "If" did impact them somewhat. heh.

just as well that i brought them to the grandstand because the A level results was released on friday.

i find drill-and-practice (or as a NIE lecturer called it, worksheeting ) boring and mind-numbing. but when so many people shockingly didn't manage to do well for GP, well i guess i have to chuck my idealism aside and adopt compre compo compre compo compre compo.
