i watched The Spiderwick Chronicles today! I thought, what the heck, when would i have a weekday afternoon to watch a movie at the cinema and just went for it.

quite a satisfying movie. i was all about to slam it when i saw Jared's father appear in what seemed like a sappy reunion scene. thank goodness he turned out to be the ogre in disguise.

i think The Chronicles of Narnia is more visually pleasing but i enjoyed spiderwick better. i don't know why either.

i also bought a new shirt. been wanting to buy a shirt from Natural Project for ages and just took the plunge today. 70 bucks for a shirt?! oh my freaking goodness. i don't know what came over me. i still feel quite guilty for having the desire to acquire more material possessions.

having said that, i think i should resolve to buy a new shirt every month so as to validate my existence. haha.

i really like to do things out of the blue sia.
